We did a passable job, but something happened and the garage door ended up crooked, like one side 6 inches higher than the other, and wedged stuck. I knew this was beyond our ability to fix. It was the end of the day. I looked up garage door repair services and came across A1A. They had a convenient calendar system and I set up an appointment for the next morning and went to eat a late dinner. I was surprised when, only minutes later, Colin called and offered to take a look at he was only 6 minutes away. I said sure, so he arrived and was surprised by the situation but confident that he could fix it. Inch by inch, he righted the garage door. And then he fixed a few of the issues with our installation job, such as raising the elevation of the motor unit and professionally running the wiring from the eyes to the unit. He was very kind, helpful, and amazingly fast (especially compared to us amateurs, who had taken all day to install the unit). His prices were reasonable.
